Building the hardware that strength sports never had

RepIQ
Smart collars that clip onto any standard barbell to provide real-time data for weightlifters.
About
I am a mechatronics engineer building at the intersection of hardware and sports performance. I have always been drawn to problems that require you to actually build something, not just write code or make slides, but design, prototype, test, and iterate with real physical constraints. My background spans control systems, electronics, mechanical desi, and computer vision, built through my Master's at LUT University and years of hands-on work on engineering competition teams in Spain, where I built aerospace structures and robotics systems from scratch. I am now applying that same mindset to RepIQ, a smart barbell collar that gives coaches and weightlifters real-time feedback on every lift. I am the kind of person who, when I noticed I was lifting unevenly at the gym, didn't ask a trainer or ignored the problem, I built a sensor to measure it.
