Inspot Oy

Inspot is an AI-powered platform for event visibility. It solves the problem of attendees struggling to find their photos after an event. Users upload a selfie to have their photos automatically found and delivered, encouraging social media sharing. The business model includes SaaS subscriptions for event organizers, fees from photographers, and premium features for attendees, as well as providing analytics for sponsors.

Event photos are difficult and time-consuming for attendees to find. This friction means that events and sponsors lose out on potential organic social media visibility and engagement.

Inspot offers a platform where attendees can easily find their pictures from an event by uploading a selfie. The platform uses AI to match the selfie with event photos and delivers them directly to the user, who can then instantly share them on social media.

The go-to-market strategy focuses on running and student events to build initial awareness. The broader target market includes a variety of event types such as sports, community, brand, corporate events, conferences, and international events.

The platform targets three main user groups: event organizers (B2B SaaS customers), photographers (who can sell their photos), and event attendees (B2C users) who receive their photos.

Beyond simple photo discovery, Inspot provides a platform for visibility, engagement, and sponsor analytics. The use of AI for instant photo matching and delivery creates a seamless user experience that encourages social sharing, generating organic marketing data for event organizers and sponsors.

The company has validated the problem, built an MVP prototype, and secured support from AWS. They have started discussions for pilot projects and won 3rd place at the IdeaRace competition.
