I'm the founder and CEO of Alpactor, and the person driving this project forward. We build tailored automation tools for small and mid-sized packaging companies, targeting the single biggest time sink in their operations: the endless back-and-forth communication around packaging requests. Rather than selling a generic platform, we identify each company's most time-consuming workflows and build the tool around them. We're already in market. We're currently working with Jospak, a food tray packaging manufacturer, with three more companies coming on board next month — early validation that this is a real, widely shared pain point in the industry. My background is in digital marketing, video production, and design — from presentation and UI design to producing the material that makes a product click for customers. That mix shapes how Alpactor is built: I care as much about how the tool feels to use as what it does, which lets us move fast, communicate value clearly, and stay close to what customers actually need. I set the direction, keep the momentum, and make sure we're always building toward what customers actually need. The mission is simple — cut out the repetitive manual communication so packaging teams can focus on the work that matters.
