Kalle Jokinen

I spent nearly 20 years building communities and helping people feel less alone. My own experiences of disability, bullying and being treated as different taught me that the things that set us apart can become our greatest strengths. Today, I combine coaching, community and meaningful connections to help people find clarity, courage and their next direction. Now, I am bringing everything I have learned into the startup ecosystem by building The Founders Circle — a people-first venture-building community that brings exceptional individuals together before selecting the companies they will build. I contribute the ability to recognise potential, create trust and connect people who might never otherwise meet. My role is to help build the environment where founders gain clarity, form meaningful relationships and turn ambitious ideas into real companies.
